It all started with a swipe! We matched on Tinder both with no serious expectations, just a "let’s see what happens" mindset. Olive had only downloaded the app a week or two before, not looking for anything too serious, and Tom was about to leave for an army exercise. But fate had other plans.

Not too long after, he asked Olive to be his girlfriend, and to his delight, she said yes!

Our first three years together were spent battling long-distance. It wasn’t easy, but every challenge only made us stronger. We grew not only as a couple but also as individuals, knowing that the distance was temporary and our love was worth it.

Then, on Tuesday, 15th June 2021, Tom proposed, and we began the next chapter of our story. We celebrated our traditional wedding in Nigeria on Sunday, 3rd March 2024, surrounded by family, friends and a great culture. Now, we are excited to share this next special moment with you.
